Health and wellness coaching is a one-on-one coaching experience to help you gain clarity around your health. With my guidance, you will be able to visualize a future where you are in true alignment with your purpose, overcoming any fears and/or obstacles you may have that are preventing you from transforming into this beautiful version of yourself. Once we uncover what your ideal health looks like, my job is to help get you there!
I served as a pharmacist for more than a decade, counseling patients the best I could through quick interactions at the pharmacy counter. I realized I felt strongly about pursuing an opportunity to spend more time building a relationship with my patients and helping them. That's when I came across coaching! I received my coaching certificates in May 2024 and am excited to build a career centered around helping people become the healthiest version of themselves.
My experience as a pharmacist and as a mom of 3 has provided me with extensive knowledge and expertise about health and wellness that I'm ready to share with others. Most importantly, I know that deep transformation relies heavily on your underlying habits and beliefs. There is no magic pill and no magic diet. Together, we will discover what you genuinely desire and give you the tools and skills you need to make lasting change, one habit at a time. When you change a habit, you change your life!
Medications are a key component of your health – but how does it play into your life as a whole? Together we will take a holistic approach to taking control of your health. Not with the three-minute consultations at the pharmacy, but with a real relationship, taking the time to understand your needs, what’s working in your health, what challenges come up week to week and how to overcome them. I am here to hold you accountable to be the healthiest version of YOU that you can be!
The short answer is I can help anyone who is motivated to make a lasting change in their life – whether that is implementing new lifestyle and/or medication changes in your routine, finding your energy back in your busy lifestyle, or fostering a harmonious relationship between yourself and your loved ones. Through my programs we will develop a powerful vision for what this looks like for you, uncover what’s stopping you from reaching your desired outcomes, and create empowered action steps to help you transform.
My step-by-step process results in lasting change in your health and wellbeing. I am here to support you, to stretch you out of your comfort zone, and to challenge you to get curious and question how you are currently approaching different areas of your life.
I can only accept two clients each month, so all that I ask is that you are fully committed to the program so you can get the most value out of our work together. This doesn't mean you have to show up perfectly for each session - it just means you have to show up! I'm always willing to meet you where you are and respect whatever mind space you are in that day. We are focused on presence, not perfection!
To get the most out of the program, you will also need to be willing to voice your thoughts and feelings openly. Sessions are meant to be a judgment-free zone and a space we can work together to approach what your body is trying to tell you and determine what you need most.
No. While I am a registered pharmacist, I do not replace the care of your medical team. I encourage you to reach out to your doctor when necessary, but I am here to help you understand when that time is. I will not diagnose, treat or cure in any manner whatsoever, any disease, condition or other physical or mental ailment of the human body. My focus is to help you understand the care you need and work through implementing the recommendations provided by your medical team. It’s hard and can be overwhelming when you only have a short visit with your doctor, receive a diagnosis, treatment plan, new medications to implement, and then have to often wait months for a follow-up visit.
I would not recommend health and wellness coaching for anyone who intends on getting help working through past, unresolved traumas. For these situations, you will need to reach out to a professional counselor or therapist. There is no shame in this! When the underlying pain is holding us back, the only way forward is to face it with the right support, care, and guidance. By addressing these issues with the help of a skilled therapist, you can begin to release the weight of unresolved pain and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling future.
I would also not recommend coaching for anyone who is not ready to fully commit to their transformation. Change takes time and work! You will need to prioritize yourself and show up ready to engage each session, and you will be responsible for putting in the work between sessions. You will only get out what you put in, so if you're not ready coaching may not be a good fit for you.
I do have a moderate scheduling and cancelation policy. I ask that you strive to be at every session (limit one missed session per program), and if you are not able to participate in a session, I request 48 hours' notice when possible. That said, I do understand life situations arise at the most inconvenient times and I'm willing to work with clients as these situations come up.
How often we meet and how long each session is will vary depending on the program you select. Regardless of the program, the overall goal is to provide you tools to help guide you on your journey. Sessions will include powerful exercises to really anchor in the motivation and reality of your transformation in a fun and exciting way, instilling lasting habit change. By changing your relationship with time, you will have time for the important things in your life – your daughter’s soccer games, your son’s basketball tournament, your company’s annual picnic, and most importantly, YOUR health and self-care.
Yes! It's natural to be skeptical – many of my clients were at first. But through our work together, you will experience a holistic approach to your health and well-being that leaves you feeling empowered, confident, and intentional in your decisions. For perhaps the first time, you will move beyond the constant guilt of "I should be doing this" and start making choices with clarity and purpose. By viewing your actions from a fresh perspective, you'll discover undeniable evidence that you are fully capable of achieving your goals!

Depending on the program you enroll in, you can expect to:
